Smart Rack System
The Shuttle Rack System is a high-density storage system that allows for the loading and unloading of products along the shelves without the need for forklifts to traverse the warehouse aisles, using an automatic carrier. The shuttle is operated via a remote control that includes functions for moving forwards and backwards, up and down, and for loading and unloading. Quick loading and unloading can be done on the shelves. The shuttle can be moved to other rack cells using a forklift. It can lift pallets of different sizes and can carry a load of up to 1500 kg at a speed of 1 m/s. It has its own control unit and electrical system.
